User Control Customer Ipextended Templates Allow Output Tplthe

As with WHMCS, the user area of WHMCS User and IP Control is designed to be customizable, 100%. There are 4 templates in the modules/addons/ipextended/templates directory that will allow you to adjust the way this is output

ipextended.tpl
The output for the main customer view
ipextended-block.tpl
What the customer sees when they are blocked
ipextended-history.tpl
What the customer sees when they view their history
ipextended-settings.tpl
The setting for WHMCS User and IP Control. Right now, this is just a toggle switch to allow users to disable email on logins
