Download Product Directory User Admin File Cron Home

Now that you’ve installed the prerequisites , you’re ready to download and upload the product to your server. Here’s what you need to do here:

Download the product from our client area
Unzip the product on your local computer
Rename the /admin/ directory to your current admin directory (ie: myadmin) on your local computer.
Rename the guruin.php file. This is how you will obtain access when you’re locked out of the system, so remember it
Upload everything in the download to your WHMCS installation (including the file and directory you just renamed)
Move the file in cron/ to your WHMCS custom cron directory, if you're using one
Add the file to your cron jobs. Call it every minute. Something like
* * * * php -q /home/user/otherdir/crons/ipextended.php >/dev/null 2>&1
Visit your administrative page, click on setup , then navigate to ‘addon modules’, and then click the ‘activate’ button.
Enter your license key and select the groups you want to allow access to the module. It's safe to allow all admin groups
Enter the module, selecting the 'Maxmind' tab.
Fill out the details there. Make sure the directories you use as temporary and storage directories are valid. It's best to use something like /home/user/private/temp and /home/user/private/maxmind. Anything outside of the public directory
Click on the download icon (last icon on the right) to download the database
